Commerce is sacred.
Capitalism is the mutation.

You’re doing business differently, so I made you a toolkit.

Trade, exchange, and resource-sharing have always existed as part of how we care for each other. There is nothing inherently harmful about offering something of value and receiving something in return. But capitalism distorts these practices. It turns commerce into a source of extraction and self-abandonment, instead of connection and reciprocity.

If you are trying to run a business that resists that distortion—one that reflects your values, respects your capacity, allows you to remain in relationship with yourself & others, and actually meets your needs—you are not doing something naïve. You are doing something important. And you deserve tools that recognize the depth and difficulty of that work.

What’s in the toolkit?

The Anti-Capitalist Business Toolkit is a six-episode podcast series where I walk you through the core components of what I believe makes a sustainable, relational business under capitalism. We talk about values, shame, money, capacity, reciprocity, and the underground networks that actually keep us alive.

There’s no formula. No “here’s why you’re doing it wrong”. No requirement to be consistent in ways your nervous system can’t sustain. Just tools that meet you where you are.

This series includes:

  • An excavation of your values, used as a compass for decision-making and sustainability.

  • A framework for shame alchemy, grounded in how systemic and capitalist shame shows up in your business and your body.

  • An exploration of your mycelial network, the web of human and non-human relationships that make your work possible.

  • Reflections on growth, capacity, and the practice of moving at a post-capitalist pace.

  • Full transcripts of each episode.
